Unfortunately, we are unable to offer any kind of replacement or compensation for bottled liquids as taste differ for each individual and how the flavor reflects on their palette.

Pricing:
Except where noted otherwise, the prices displayed for North Shore Vapor products represent the full retail price listed on the product itself. We cannot confirm the full price of any item until you complete the online order form as this will resolve the issues of relevant taxes and shipping and handling as and where applicable. Be aware that your credit card is not billed until after your order has entered the shipping process.
Return Policy:
No Returns or Exchanges of E-Juices/E-Liquids will be accepted under an conditions due to Health and Sanitation issues and the subjective nature of individual tastes, as it contains food-grade substances meant to be taken into the body which can become contaminated either accidentally or on purpose and which makes it illegal for us to re-sell these products; as such we will not provide refunds on E-Juices or E-Liquids or Wicks/Coils.
All products we sell, are sold, “AS-IS”, with no warranties expressed nor implied and cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item received by the customer is DOA(Dead on Arrival) or damaged during shipping. Customers must notify us within 48 hours of receiving their defective product in order to start a return process. (receiving of product will be based on your tracking number and the time and day that shows your package was delivered to you) DOA items only apply to electrical devices. Online purchases cannot be returned to our store front location and must go through our RMA process which is listed below. Should a customer return an item without notifying us first, we will refuse the package upon its delivery for the safety of our staff. For sanitary reasons, and the overall safety of our customers, we DO NOT accept returns of: atomizers, clearomizers, cartomizers, bottled liquid, drip tips, batteries, wick, wire, mechanical mods, rebuildable devices and atomizers and parts for rebuildables and/or atomizers. Therefore, our Return Policy EXCLUDES any products of this kind.
